The Challenge: Create an experience at the Farmers Insurance Open through a series of three clubhouses that allow attendees to engage by enjoying a live broadcast viewing lounge, an interactive photo booth, corn hole game play, a unique putt putt experience, along with various branded giveaways.
The Execution: For (4) event days, we featured three Social Clubhouses where guests could stop by, enjoy some shade, charge their phones and view a live broadcast of the tournament. Aside from enjoying the game play, guests were excited to get a photo experience at our Photo Booth Clubhouse with the replica trophy and surf boards to be awarded at the open, as well as with Fatheads of Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler and other players. After getting a print out and email of their photo or GIF, brand ambassadors encouraged guests to share their photos on social media using #FIO18. At our Fan Village Clubhouse, guests had the chance to get their own hole in one at our three claims themed putt putt courses. If mini golf wasn’t the guests’ speed, our Vengeful Vermin Clubhouse featured a claims themed corn hole toss complete with a crazy squirrel keeping score! And of course no clubhouse is complete without some fun giveaways!
